EnSIGN - About us - ANU Medical School Global Health Group, ANU Medical Students ANUMSS MedSoc
ABOUT US
EnSIGN is ANU Medical School's global health initiative. EnSIGN is aimed at Engaging Students in a Global-health Network. EnSIGN has 3 core aims:
(1) Support and create opportunities for health development locally and internationally
(2) Promote and engage in international health opportunities
(3) Contribute towards sustainable elective placements
These aims are achieved through (1) hands-on community projects and (2) education and advocacy events.
EnSIGN is represented on the Australian Medical Student Association Global Health Network (AMSA GHN). The AMSA GHN is a team of representatives from global health groups from all medical schools in Australia. They come together to share ideas and resources, run national projects, produce global health policies, and to more generally ensure all global health groups across Australia can network and work together towards a common vision. Click here to visit the AMSA GHN website and learn about what has been achieved.
EnSIGN is constitutionally part of the ANU Medical Students Society (ANUMSS). Click here to view the ANUMSS Consitution. To find out more about ANUMSS in general, click here to visit the ANUMSS website.
